Costfold takes one receiving, spreads its landed costs across the lines by value, quantity or weight, and writes the result back to Shopify's cost per item. Every write is logged, and every write is reversible.

Pull purchase orders straight from Stocky's API, upload a CSV, or key one in by hand. Lines, supplier costs, freight and duties come across together. Re-running an import replaces the draft instead of duplicating it.
Spread each cost across the lines by value, quantity or weight. Costs invoiced in another currency convert at an FX rate you set. Allocation is exact to the cent — the remainder is distributed, not dropped.
One click updates cost per item: set the landed cost outright, or blend it into a weighted average against on-hand stock. The previous value of every item is stored first, so the entire receiving can be rolled back.
Stocky's API closes on 31 August 2026. Purchase-order history that has not been exported by then is not recoverable. Costfold imports it directly from the API up until the day it closes.
